Hetal Furiya

Hetal is the head of the Legal Department at Intelligence Node. She ensures that the company is always compliant with the regulations and industry's best practices. She is responsible for keeping pace with all the updates from regulators.

She has 12 years of experience in handling all the compliances for Companies Act, Labour Laws, FEMA, IPR, SEBI and Contract Management. Previously, she has worked in the Financial Sector and gained end-to-end expertise in due diligence and fund raising processes.

She is Chartered Secretary from ICSI and holds Bachelors' degree in Law from Mumbai University.

Being a fitness freak, in an alternate life, she would love to be a Wellness coach.
