Jess Brewster

Jess Brewster has an extensive work experience spanning several companies. In 2011, they worked at Hotcourses Ltd as an Office Manager/Marketing Officer, where they managed social media accounts, edited content, and handled invoicing and credit control. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Web & Social Media Manager, focusing on expanding the editorial section of the website and growing the company's reach on social media. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Product Manager at Hotcourses Australia, overseeing website developments and managing content.

In 2015, Jess worked as a Freelance UX Designer at Uppsala Danscenter, contributing to the website redesign by analyzing user journeys, researching user needs, and presenting design suggestions.

Since 2016, Jess has been with IntelligenceBank, initially starting as a Product & UX Manager before being promoted to Senior Product & UX Manager and most recently Senior Product Manager. Jess'sresponsibilities included overseeing UX improvements, conducting user testing, designing and testing features, and ensuring the usability of the platform.

Jess Brewster completed their high school education at Westfields Sports High School from 2002 to 2007. They then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Ancient History from the University of Sydney, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Later, Jess obtained a Master's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Uppsala University from 2014 to 2016.
