AI that buys your team time — not takes their jobs.
IntelliGene AI is a human-first AI consultancy and tool studio helping companies and individuals capture real productivity gains from AI — without the layoffs, shadow tools, and 80% failure rate that define most enterprise rollouts.
We meet you where you are. Whether you need a single AI tool built to solve one painful workflow, a Scrum-style pilot for one department, or a full company-wide adoption strategy with contractual workforce protections, we right-size the engagement to your reality.
What we offer:
🛠️ AI Tools, Built for You — Custom AI tools, agents, and automations for specific workflows. From claim-denial management for medical practices to internal copilots and document automation. Start with one tool. No transformation required.
🧭 AI Readiness & Strategy — Org assessments, shadow-AI audits, governance design, and our signature Workforce Promise: a contractual no-AI-layoff commitment that turns employee fear into adoption.
🚀 Champions & Rollout — Agile, sprint-based AI deployment with employee champions, prompt-a-thons, and retrospectives. The Scrum playbook applied to AI transformation.
💸 The Augmentation Dividend™ — We measure every hour AI saves your team and help you reinvest it as margin, customer value, and employee PTO. The 4-day week, funded by AI instead of paid for with layoffs.
🎓 Training & Fractional Leadership — Team workshops, executive coaching, and fractional Chief AI Officer retainers for companies that want ongoing guidance without a full-time hire.
Why us
Founder Irina Divinsky spent 20+ years building federal-scale data platforms at CMS (data.cms.gov, Quality Payment Program), NIH, and SAMHSA — serving nearly every U.S. clinician. A senior Scrum Master before she was an AI strategist, she runs AI rollouts the way she ran federal agile transformations: iteratively, transparently, and with the people in the room.
Type B energy. A+ output.
