Brian Pollack

Brian Pollack has extensive experience in the field of data science and research. Brian is currently employed at Intelligent Audit as the Director of Data Science since August 2022. Prior to that, they were a Lead Data Scientist at the same company from June 2021 to August 2022. Before joining Intelligent Audit, Brian worked as a Postdoctoral Scholar in Bioinformatics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine from November 2018 to June 2021. Brian also served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Northwestern University from May 2015 to November 2018, where they conducted Python development of parallelized and GPU-accelerated data analysis software. Brian's research experience also includes graduate research at CERN, Argonne National Laboratory, Fermilab, and Jefferson Lab.

Brian Pollack earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Philosophy from Carnegie Mellon University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Brian then pursued their Ph.D. in Particle Physics at Northwestern University, completing their doctoral studies from 2009 to 2015.
