We boast over 30 years of executive recruitment expertise of which at least 15 years have been exclusive to the construction industry.
We can offer our clients comprehensive UK coverage however given our proximity (offices in the North West & East Midlands) and our intimate knowledge of the Northern & Midlands markets it is only natural that our profile remains at its highest in those localities.
Our expertise lies in identifying and securing senior regional / divisional strategic & delivery personnel from a technical, commercial and operational perspective both pre and post contract. In current market conditions these positions would typically yield salaries of circa £50,000 - £150,000 per annum.
Intelligent Search is a Corporate Member of the REC and abides by the REC’s code of practice as well as the Conduct of Recruitment Agencies and Recruitment Businesses Regulations 2003.  We are also corporate members of the Construction Sector Group and meet all of their standards.
