Providing next generation learning for the maritime industry.

Our mission is to challenge the status quo in maritime training and competence and to develop new ways of learning that use the most effective blend of the latest technology and traditional training methods.

The services we offer are:

👩🏽‍💻 Elearning Courses: Choose from our pre-built generic courses, or we can design and build a bespoke course exclusively for you. All of our online learning packages come with access to our Learning Management System, which offers training managers an overview of all their delegates from one place.

🚢 Simulation Courses: Our trainers use simulation technology to create environments to train ship’s officers, pilots and a range of other senior maritime professions in the safe and competent operation of the navigational bridge, electronic charting systems, dynamic positioning stations and liquid cargo transportation systems.

👨🏽‍🏫 Blended Learning: Our Course Designers will review of all the theoretical and practical elements needed to meet the learning outcomes, and consider all forms of training and learning to create the most effective learning and assessment program, which can be completed in the shortest timeframe and most flexible manner at the lowest total training cost.

📊 Learning Consultancy: We work with our clients to streamline not only the mandatory training, but also to develop a learning and safety culture that drives best practice across the workforce. We ensure that all of the required training and competence development takes place across your entire enterprise, while addressing organisation-specific and individual-specific gaps in knowledge, skills and competence.

Our business has been built on the knowledge and experiences of Master Mariners and Chief Engineers, all with more than 20 years’ sea-time who provide subject matter support for everything we develop and deliver.
