Charles Eways has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Charles is currently the Deputy Director of IT Operations at Intelligent Waves. Prior to that, they worked as a Support Technician Level II at ECS. Charles has also held positions such as Help Desk Analyst II at Astor & Sanders, IT Support Specialist at Discover Technologies, Helpdesk Specialist at Agensys Corporation, Product Support Manager at Fornetix, Help Desk Specialist at Vector Technical Resources (Contract Long and Foster Realtors), and IT Support Specialist at Convergenz (Contract Fannie Mae). Additionally, Charles has experience as a Help Desk Team Lead / Customs and Border Protection and a CBP Helpdesk Technician at SMS Data Products Group, Inc. Before transitioning into the IT field, Charles worked as a General Manager at Joe's Pizzaria, where they were involved in website management and menu design.

Charles Eways received a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from The George Washington University - College of Professional Studies from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in General Studies from Chantilly High School from 1992 to 1996. Charles also holds a certification in Security + CE from CompTIA, obtained in 2022.
