Harold E. has extensive experience in network application support and operations management, currently serving as a UVDS Tier II Network Application Support specialist at Intelligent Waves LLC since August 2018, responsible for system checks, database queries, and connectivity analysis. Previously, from January 2010 to July 2018, Harold held multiple roles at VICTOR42, including Field Service Representative for Palantir, managing server stacks and providing training to users in Afghanistan, and as Operations Integrator for JIEDDO/COIC, overseeing a diverse team of analysts and specialists. Earlier experience includes operational guidance as a Technical Advisor, tactical leadership in the U.S. Department of State's diplomatic security team, and service as a Sniper Team Leader in the US Marine Corps. Harold E. holds dual Bachelor's degrees in International Politics and Comparative Literature from Penn State University and completed a performance level training course on incident response to terrorist bombings at New Mexico Tech.
