Training company Intelligentne Grupp was established on 28 February 2006. Our mission is to offer our clients training programmes in leadership, coaching, and mentoring based on the newest scientific approaches, and to consult organisations in creating a broader environment for development.

Intelligentne Grupp unites like-minded people, who base their approach on the principles of positive psychology and solution-oriented partnership. All our trainers have long-term practical experience at universities and in business. 

Intelligentne Grupp is also the official representative of Erickson Coaching International in Estonia, and we have trained coaches since 2012.

Koolitusfirma Intelligentne Grupp on asutatud 28. veebruaril 2006. Ettevõte loodi ideega pakkuda oma klientidele uusimaid juhtimise, coaching’u ja mentorluse koolitusi ning nõustada organisatsioone laiema arengukeskkonna loomisel.

Intelligentne Grupp ühendab oma ala mõttekaaslasi, kes lähtuvad oma lähenemises positiivse psühholoogia ja lahenduskeskse partnerluse põhimõtetest. Meie koolitajatel on pikaajaline praktiline kogemus ülikoolides ja ettevõtluses.

Intelligentne Grupp on ka Erickson Coaching International’i ametlik esindaja Eestis ning 2012. aastast alates pakume coach'i väljaõpet.
