Maya C has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Maya started their career in 2014 at Aims Hr Solutions, where they gained experience in client handling, executive hiring, and team management. Maya then joined Corporate Ladders in 2016 as a Technical Recruiter, focusing on IT and ITES recruitment. In 2017, they worked as an HR Specialist at Utegration LLC, where they handled new hire orientation and maintained attendance reports. Maya then moved on to OneSource Consulting in 2019, where they served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, actively sourcing for passive talent and conducting resume reviews. In 2022, they joined Skywaves Rise as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Delivery Lead, responsible for end-to-end recruitment and negotiating rates with employers. Maya's current position is as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Intelligenz IT, where they recruit and sources IT professionals for clients across Europe and the UK in various industries. Maya C completed their education with a Masters in Economics, specializing in Statistics, from Mallamma Marimallappa Arts & Commerce College For Women in Mysore, from 2012 to 2014. Maya also pursued a Masters in Economics with a focus on International Economics from Maharani Arts and Science Women's College during the same period. Prior to this, Maya C attended Marimallappa P.U. College in India from 2007 to 2014, where they studied Business/Managerial Economics. Maya also obtained a certification as a Magazine Secretary from Marimallappa P.U. College.
