Rob Peters

Rob Peters has over two decades of experience in customer experience and research management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Experience & Knowledge at Intelligize since November 2011, and previously held the position of Director of Research. Prior to joining Intelligize, Rob Peters was the Senior Manager of Global Services at Westlaw Business, a subsidiary of Thomson Reuters, from 1999 to July 2011. Rob Peters holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law from Penn State University, where attendance spanned from 1985 to 1989.
