Steve McAdams

Steve McAdams has an extensive background in engineering and technology leadership, marked by significant roles at major companies. Since 2017, McAdams has been an investor at Intellimize, specializing in AI-driven website optimization for enhanced revenue and customer acquisition. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Engineering at SuccessFactors and Yahoo!, where responsibilities encompassed software development, customer interaction, and quality assurance. Additionally, McAdams held a VP role at Oracle, contributing to the creation of the Oracle Internet File System and leading various engineering teams. Educationally, McAdams earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Caltech in 1987. Current commitments also include being a full-time dad while previously serving as a board member at Ladera Oaks Swim, Tennis, and Fitness Club and mentoring entrepreneurship students at Haas School of Business.
