Troy Smith is an experienced executive with a strong background in customer success and management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Intellimize from June 2022 to June 2024, Troy has previously held leadership roles including Vice President of Customer Success at Iterable and General Manager for North America at Selligent Marketing Cloud, where responsibilities included overseeing sales, success, professional services, and partnerships. Troy has also managed substantial client relationships with a focus on revenue growth while serving in senior roles at Cheetah Digital and Experian Marketing Suite. Early career experience includes significant positions at Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, and leading account management at Direct Partners and Grey Direct. Troy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration and Deaf Studies from California State University, Northridge.
