Eric Olson is the Customer Success Director at IntelliShift, where they develop and manage a portfolio of large enterprise customers since 2024. Previously, Eric served as the Lead Strategic Customer Success Manager at Omnitracs from 2015 to 2024, effectively managing large national transportation companies and earning the 2019 Inner Circle award for exemplary customer support. They also held various roles at XATA Corporation, including Strategic Account Manager and Implementation Manager, and were recognized as Implementation Manager of the Year in 2009. Early in their career, Eric was the Director of Technical Support at XRS Corporation, where they managed a team and developed extensive training programs.
