Sheeja Jeffry's work experience includes various roles in different organizations. Sheeja started their career in 1995 as an Administrative Officer at Jewels De Paragon Inc, where they dealt with distribution and retailing of jewels in Indian, European, and American markets, along with general administration and documentation responsibilities. In 1997, they joined Al Noxon India Systems Private Limited as a Manager in customer support, overseeing the manufacture, distribution, marketing, and servicing of subscriber end terminal equipment. Sheeja worked there until 2004. Sheeja then joined Dell International Services Private Limited as an Executive in customer relation management for a year. From 2006 to 2013, they served as the Head of Client Engagements at Athiya Organizational Competencies (P) Ltd. Finally, since 2014, Sheeja has been working as an HR Manager & Immigration Specialist at Intellisoft Technologies.
Sheeja Jeffry began their education at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they studied Arts from 1979 to 1987. Sheeja then attended Bangalore University from 1988 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. In 1991, they briefly attended Davars College of Management, where they obtained a Diploma in Management (Marketing).
