Mark Silvius

Mark Silvius has over 30 years of work experience. Mark started their career at Wilton Industries in 1986 as a Key Account Sales Manager, where they were responsible for expanding target key account business in the Midwest region and managing food broker networks. In 1992, they joined Norrell Services as a Region Account Manager, where they held various positions in sales and service management, developed policies and procedures for major accounts, and drove process development and audit efforts. Since 1999, Mark has been working at IntelliSource, initially as the Vice President of Operations and currently as the Senior Vice President of Operations. IntelliSource is a national strategic resources company that specializes in providing subject matter expertise and management of non-core competence or inefficient areas of client operations. Mark's roles at IntelliSource include hiring and matching the best employees to clients' specific needs using their proprietary sourcing process called IntelliFit.

Mark Silvius attended Elmhurst University from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Psychology.
