Tom Sauther has been working in the software engineering industry since 1994. From 1994 to 2006, they were the President of threeONEsix Software, where they owned and operated a marketing, advertising, and software engineering company. During this time, they managed all aspects of the business from sales to bookkeeping and developed and published "SetPicker" which received acclaim and reviews in the vertical Worship Administration market. From 2006 to 2015, they were the Lead Software Engineer at CashLINQ, LLC, where they were responsible for selecting programming platforms and paradigms for the two most recent versions of the company's flagship software product. Tom also worked as a liaison between the sales/marketing/support teams and the programming staff in order to create a development plan that would best meet customer needs. Tom was the lead developer in all mission critical components, writing 200,000+ lines of code. Since 2015, they have been a Software Engineer at IntelliTect.

Tom Sauther holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration – Marketing from Eastern Washington University.
