Intellivation offers several standard machine sizes and configurations so that we can provide fully functional tools with a short lead time.  These standard tools can coat film from 50 millimeters to 2 meters wide.  Our machines are designed to coat a variety of flexible substrates, including polymers, metal foils, textiles, ceramics and even flexible glass, with a thickness of 6 micron and up.  If a standard size machine doesn't fit the application, it is not a problem - our manufacturing facility is fully equipped with the engineering and machining capabilities needed to custom design the perfect tool to meet any specification.
