Michael Lang

Michael Lang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business consulting and strategy development. Currently serving as the Director of Advisory at Intelliware since November 2022, Michael is focused on building a modern Business Consulting capability to enhance the company's existing Technology Consulting and Engineering services. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Capco from September 2019 to January 2023 as a Senior Consultant, where responsibilities included leading business analysis across corporate strategy, product strategy, and roadmap planning within the Banking & Payments and Wealth & Asset Management sectors. Key achievements at Capco included overseeing a $3B credit card portfolio conversion for a major Canadian bank and providing strategic direction for a global wealth firm. Earlier experience includes internships at SaskPower, where Michael contributed to engineering projects related to transmission power grid construction and station asset management. Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University.
