Tamara Jones

Tamara Jones has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as an Editorial Intern at Christ The King Baptist Church. After that, they worked as a Sales Associate at Belk, Inc. from 2008 to 2012. Tamara then became a Teaching Assistant at Colorado Technical University/Devry University in 2011. From 2012 to 2013, Tamara worked as a Product Specialist at Belk. In 2013, they joined Intellum as a Client Relations Specialist and later transitioned to the role of Learning Technology Consultant. From 2017 to 2021, Tamara held the position of Solutions Engineer, responsible for resolving escalated client issues and executing projects. Tamara then became the Manager of Solutions Engineering from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, Tamara served as a Project Manager at Intellum from 2015 to 2022, overseeing strategic accounts and managing product quality testing. Currently, Tamara is a Product Manager at Intellum, starting in 2021.

Tamara Jones has a diverse education history. Tamara obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology from Kennesaw State University - (CCSE) College of Computing and Software Engineering from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a focus on Advanced Composition and Rhetoric, from Georgia State University from 2008 to 2011. In 2017, Tamara also completed a Data Analytics Certificate from Cornell University.

Tamara has acquired additional certifications as well. In 2016, Tamara obtained an SQL Certificate from Emory University. Tamara also holds certifications such as the Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian, obtained in March 2023, and the Enterprise IT Management certification from Kennesaw State University - (CCSE) College of Computing and Software Engineering, obtained in January 2022.

Furthermore, Tamara had previously completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from Georgia State University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2011.
