Dennis Mara

Dennis Mara has extensive work experience in financial management and leadership roles. Dennis is currently the Chief Financial Officer at InteLogix. Prior to that, Dennis served as the Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Finance at Portfolio Group from 2012 to 2020. Dennis also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Interstate National Dealer Services, Inc. from 2006 to 2012. Earlier in their career, Dennis worked as the Corporate Controller at The Signal from 2002 to 2006 and as the Chief Financial Officer at Zurich Payroll Solutions from 1997 to 2003. Dennis also served as the Director of Financial Planning and Cost Accounting at DecisionOne from 1990 to 1997 and as the Manager of Inventory and Capital at CertainTeed Corporation from 1982 to 1990.

Dennis Mara attended Philadelphia University from 1979 to 1982, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
