Guy Sharfman began their career in 1998 as a Research Economist at Analytical Support Network, Inc. In 2000 they moved to Nicor Energy, L.L.C. where they served as Manager of Electric Services. In 2001 they joined Enron as East Power Desk. In 2002 they became Director of Energy Strategy at Econ One Research and in 2004 they were appointed Vice President, Market Analytics at Intelometry, Inc. In this role they oversee Intelometry's data services venture which encompasses the development, collection, maintenance and distribution of retail energy data and market reports utilized by energy companies, brokers, aggregators and consulting firms.
Guy Sharfman received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1990 and 1994. Guy then went on to receive a Master's degree in Economics from DePaul University between 1996 and 1998. Prior to that, they attended Francis W. Parker School from 1986 to 1990.
