Tina Hackney

Tina Hackney has worked in the energy industry for over 35 years. Tina began their career in 1982 as a Senior Accountant/Manager at Reliant Energy - Houston Lighting & Power. During their time there, they led a team responsible for the billing of industrial and commercial electric customers and was instrumental in the implementation of a new billing system and processes due to deregulation of electricity. In 2001, they moved to Reliant Energy as a Billing Manager/Innovation Manager, where they directed the implementation of innovative commercial, industrial, and mass retail electric products, in addition to process improvement efforts across multiple business units. In 2011, they took on the role of Project Manager II at Spark Energy. In 2012, they moved to Exelon as a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager, where they led efforts to convert to ATMS/Gestalt from Sterling Integrator for data transportation between utilities, external vendors, and internal DRM/Billing systems. Finally, in 2015, they joined Intelometry as a Consulting Manager, where they were responsible for client account management and budget oversight associated with the implementation of a proprietary software package and client specific enhancements to the application.

Tina Hackney attended the University of Houston from 1982 to 1987 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business - Accounting.
