James Wroten

James Wroten is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and fuel management sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Optistream since July 2024, James leads a company specializing in wholesale fuel management software with its flagship cloud-native product, C3. In addition, since December 2014, James has held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Intelos, a provider of innovative Cloud, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Managed IT services. Previously, James was President & CEO of Verticsoft, Inc. from August 2011 to December 2014, focusing on cost-effective IT solutions, including Remote Windows Desktops and hosted Microsoft Exchange services. James began an entrepreneurial journey as Owner and President of The System Shop, Inc. from January 1999 to September 2011. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas State University, obtained from 1989 to 1993, and a high school diploma from Taylor High School.
