Sachin is currently working as an Engineering Agile Manager at IntelyCare, starting in 2022.

From 2020 to 2022, Sachin worked as a Project Manager & Full Stack Engineer, collaborating directly with the company owner to design a website using MongoDB, Express, ReactJS, and NodeJS. This website helped maintain sales revenue during the cancellation of trade shows due to Covid-19.

Prior to that, Sachin worked at ChemAxon from 2018 to 2020 as a Systems Integration Consultant. Their responsibilities included developing custom applications using MySQL, Java, Spring Boot, Thymeleaf, and Maven. Sachin also set up ChemAxon software for clients using Amazon Web Services and built out a Confluence Workspace for the Professional Services Department.

From 2013 to 2017, Sachin was a Program Manager at NantHealth, where they managed multiple programs related to health insurance plans. Sachin fostered and managed client relationships, including the largest client, and oversaw projects that enhanced web-based portals for healthcare providers.

Before that, from 2011 to 2013, Sachin worked at American Well as a Senior IVR & Java Developer. Sachin assisted in designing, developing, and maintaining telephony and web applications for connecting healthcare providers with patients.

From 2009 to 2011, at NantHealth, Sachin served as a Senior Consultant I & II, managing the initial implementation of a health plan's NaviNet Provider Portal. Sachin led a team that delivered web-based solutions for healthcare providers and influenced the health plan to reevaluate requirements to reduce costs. Prior to this role, from 2007 to 2009, Sachin was a Project Analyst at NantHealth, leading an offshore engineering team in enhancing the health plan's capabilities within the NaviNet Provider Portal.

At Pactolus Communications Software from 2000 to 2007, Sachin worked as a Software Engineer. Sachin managed and developed a calling card system for a client and two tier 1 carriers, resulting in a significant increase in Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) traffic. Sachin also served as the liaison between the client and engineering team.

Before that, from 1998 to 2000, Sachin was a Web Developer at United Technologies - Pratt & Whitney. Sachin was part of the development team for Pratt & Whitney's Customer Service web portal and was responsible for maintaining, supporting, and enhancing the portal. Sachin also developed a service bulletin database using Oracle and MS Access.
