Bruno Freitas

Bruno Freitas has a solid work experience in the field of software development and engineering. Bruno started their career at Aix Sistemas as an Analyst Support, where they provided support to users of the company's software products and resolved database-related issues. Bruno then transitioned to the role of Analyst Systems, responsible for developing and maintaining systems using PHP and Joomla. After that, they joined Basis Tecnologia da Informação S.A. as a Web Developer, focusing on developing new systems and maintaining legacy code using PHP and the Zend2 framework. Bruno also gained experience in frontend development with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML. Bruno then joined CI&T as a Software Engineer and Android Developer, where they developed various Android applications for a large financial institution, using Java or Kotlin and following industry-standard patterns such as MVP and MVVM. Bruno also practiced automated testing based on the implementation of the testing pyramid. Currently, they work at Inter as a Tech Lead and Android Developer, leading the technical development of the bank's super App in Kotlin and implementing the Clean architecture. Bruno focuses on unit testing and strives to implement end-to-end testing using Appium/Espresso.

Bruno Freitas attended PUC Minas from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, specializing in Information Technology.
