Murilo Guimarães

Murilo Guimarães is the Head of Credit Operations at Inter, overseeing a team of over 100 people and managing credit disbursements totaling R$ 20 billion annually. With 20 years of experience across the financial sector, mining, steel, and cement industries, they have demonstrated expertise in leadership, innovation, and performance management. Murilo has also worked internationally, managing projects in South Africa and the Middle East, and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Project Management, among other qualifications. Previously, they contributed to supply chain operations at Vale and held managerial roles at Banco Inter.
