Thamires Lima has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Thamires started their career as an Aux.Financeiro at Solução Negócios Imobiliários LTDA in 2008, where they were involved in financial reporting, tax calculation, and file organization. In 2010, they interned at Vallourec & Mannesmann Tubes, focusing on contract management and budget analysis. Thamires then joined Unimed BH in 2011, where they progressed from Analyst to Senior Analyst roles, specializing in cost analysis, budgeting, and process improvement. Thamires also held the position of Mentee at Minas International in 2011.
