Thiago Bello

Thiago Bello has a diverse and extensive work experience. Thiago currently holds the position of Head de Produtos, Superintendente Executivo, in the Insurance Business Unit at Inter since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Expert at Tera from November 2022 onwards. Thiago also had a role as a Product Mentor at Awari starting from October 2022.

From February 2022 to June 2023, Thiago held the positions of Director, General Manager & Head of Products | Digital Account at will bank. Thiago has also worked at Inter as Head of Products | Insurance from July 2019 to February 2022. During this time, they were responsible for launching new insurance products, creating the digital insurance products strategy, and managing a team of 40 professionals across different departments.

Thiago's experience at Wiz from September 2015 to June 2019 was instrumental in defining and implementing the digital insurance strategy at Inter. Thiago played a key role in developing business and product strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and coordinating OKRs and KPIs management.

Prior to their role at Wiz, Thiago worked at Ambev as a Market Intelligence & Pricing Specialist from April 2013 to September 2015 and at SEBRAE-MA as a Business Advising Coordinator from May 2012 to November 2012.

Thiago Bello has a diverse educational background. Thiago pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Innovation and International Trade from the Universidade Estadual do Maranhão, graduating in 2012. In 2015, they furthered their education by completing a Project Management Specialist program at PUC Minas. Thiago then attended Fundação Dom Cabral from 2019 to 2021, where they studied Business Management. In 2022, they enrolled in Reforge, a learning institution, and is expected to complete a program there in 2023. Additionally, Thiago holds a certification as a Member of the Summer 2022 Cohort from Reforge.
