Kenny H has over a decade of experience in business intelligence and support roles, currently serving as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Inter-Con Security since March 2021. Prior to this position, Kenny worked at LK Packaging from September 2016 to March 2021, providing first-line support for Salesforce CRM and Tecsys ERP, managing user requests, and creating documentation for processes. Earlier work experience includes roles as a Pre Arrival Coordinator and Guest Service Agent at Hilton Worldwide from August 2008 to September 2016, and serving as a Signal Support Systems Specialist in the US Army Reserves from February 2005 to February 2013, where responsibilities included supervising soldiers and maintaining telecommunication systems. Kenny holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from El Camino College and has training from Salesforce Military.
