Michael Hand, EMT-B, possesses extensive experience in security and emergency medical services. Currently serving as an Armed Diplomatic Security Officer with Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. since September 2022, Michael is responsible for ensuring the safety of personnel and critical assets at the Arkansas Passport Center. Previously, Michael worked as an Emergency Medical Technician with LifeNet EMS, delivering quality medical support and transportation, and as a Background Investigator for Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., where investigative work supported national security efforts. Additional roles include serving as a Zipline Guide at Ron Coleman Mining, Deputy Sheriff with Pulaski County Sheriff's Office, and Civil Affairs Team Sergeant in the US Army, where leadership and operational support were key responsibilities. Michael's military service is complemented by an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Chaminade University of Honolulu.
