Nick Cusimano

Nick Cusimano currently serves as the Regional Training Manager for Northern California at Inter-Con Security, where notable accomplishments include the development and implementation of training programs that facilitated the onboarding of over 2,000 employees. Previous experience includes a role as Program Training Manager at Surefox North America, where Cusimano identified training gaps and oversaw the creation of new training modules. A comprehensive law enforcement background includes over 16 years as a Police Officer and Detective with the City of Santa Clara, involving investigations, team leadership, and training of new officers. Cusimano holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from California Coast University.
