Tina Bright

Tina Bright is a transformative talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Recruitment at Inter-Con Security, where they oversee talent strategy for a global workforce of over 35,000. Previously, Tina held various roles in talent acquisition, including as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Golden State Foods and the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Pixel United. Prior to these positions, they built a strong talent acquisition function at PUC National, significantly expanding the organization while focusing on diversity and inclusion hiring. Tina has also contributed to the success of Universal Music Group as the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition, where they emphasized employer branding and strategic talent initiatives. They hold a B.A. in Human Communication from California State University-San Bernardino and are pursuing a M.A. in Human Communication Organizational Culture at California State University, Fullerton, along with a Certificate in Operational Strategy from Northwestern University.
