Bert Ipema

Bert Ipema is a Digital Platform Leader at Inter IKEA Group, responsible for overseeing the development, strategy, and management of the organization's BI platform. Since 2024, Bert has defined the digital platform strategy, ensured compliance with governance and regulatory standards, and led cross-functional collaborations. Previously, from 2022 to 2024, Bert served as a Digital Product Leader, managing a team and the BI data visualization platform. Bert also held various roles in market insights and consumer research across organizations such as Philips and TNS NIPO, contributing to data-driven insights and innovative solutions. Bert holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Hanzehogeschool Groningen and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
