Cynthia Ma has extensive experience in compliance and quality assurance, notably as Compliance Manager and Head of Quality Assurance at BRIO AB from 2013 to 2014, where leadership in product safety and environmental compliance was crucial. Cynthia also played a key role as Project Leader for the Nordic Swan mark, making BRIO the first toy company to qualify for this mark in Sweden.
