Youming

Youming Ma is the Global Lead Customer IAM at Inter IKEA, where they currently manage teams in a large-scale IAM transformation across 32 countries. They possess a diverse background, having spent equal time in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and Beijing, China. Youming earned a Master of Science degree, with Cum Laude distinction, from both the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and the National University of Singapore. With extensive experience in cyber security, Youming has previously held senior roles at Deloitte and ING, specializing in cyber resilience and identity access management.
