Ihor Dotsenko

Ihor Dotsenko is an experienced soccer coach and educator with a significant background in player and coach development. Currently, Dotsenko serves as the USSF "B" License Lead Coach Educator for the U.S. Soccer Federation and as the Performance Phase Head Coach for Inter Miami CF. Previous roles include Technical Advisor & Club Development Manager at U.S. Soccer Federation, Academy Director for Richmond United, and Technical Director for Richmond Kickers Soccer Club. Dotsenko has a proven track record of creating high-performance environments, developing comprehensive training programs, and raising the visibility of soccer academies on regional and national levels. Dotsenko holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
