Luke Smith

Luke Smith has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1998 as a Conference Coordinator for Hope College. In 1999, they took on a Freelance Video Producer role for the Philadelphia 76ers. In 2000, they began working for Swank Audio Visuals, first as a Technology Coordinator and then as a Director of Audio Visuals and Area Director of Venues. In 2013, they joined PSAV as a Regional Workforce Manager and Team Leader/Area Manager. In 2020, they began working for Encore as a Regional Workforce Manager, and in 2021 they joined Inter Technologies Corporation as a Project Manager. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for providing direct contact with Hotel Services, Branch Operations, and National Operations to ensure customer satisfaction, overseeing the transportation process between regional and area locations, supervising audio visual staff, sales, and inventory control, and managing the workforce procurement and scheduling for entire regions.

Luke Smith attended Hope College from 1996 to 2000, where they received a BA in Communications. In 1999, they also studied Japanese at Meiji Gakuin University-Japan.
