Inter-Tel Japan, K.K. (ITJ), incorporated in Japan in 1993, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Inter-Tel, Inc. (NASDAQ: INTL), incorporated in Arizona in 1969. 
Inter-Tel Inc's operations later merged with Mitel Networks Corporation (NASDAQ: MITL) in August of 2007 and offered ITJ an expanded lineup of hardware and software services, enabling a stronger focus on the Japan market and NTT services integration.
Through strategic partnerships and acquisitions, we continue to enhance our product portfolio and strengthen our presence in Japan.

We provide a wide range of managed services, including SIP voice, data, and video network design with convergence across multiple business communications platforms. 
We also provide cloud-based local and long distance calling services, global DID services, custom software application development, maintenance, leasing, and support services for all of our products. 

Our customers include business enterprises, government agencies and non-profit organizations. 
We continue to supply and support the backbone of NTT’s VoIP networks through our Vocal’Net services.
