Andreas Holmberg

Andreas Holmberg is currently a Partner at Intera Partners and serves on the boards of Roima Intelligence and Halon Security. With a background in private equity focusing on the Nordic region, Andreas has also worked in management consulting with Boston Consulting Group and in investment banking at Nordea Corporate Finance. They hold a Master’s degree from Hanken School of Economics and have experience across various forms of M&A, particularly in the TMT sector. Previously, Andreas has held multiple roles including Consultant and Investment Professional, and has gained expertise in strategy, organizational planning, and commercial due diligence.
