Pii Raulo

Pii Raulo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. They served as Head of Human Resources at YIT Construction Services from 2004 to 2011 and later as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at YIT from 2011 to 2018. Pii is currently an Operating Partner at Intera Partners and a Member of the Board of Directors at ARCO Architecture Company Finland, roles they have held since 2022. They previously worked as a Manager of Professional Development & Administration at McKinsey & Company and as a Personnel Specialist at Accenture Oy. Pii holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, where they studied from 1987 to 1992.
