Joan Blainey

Joan Blainey is the Vice President and Principal Hydrogeologist at INTERA Incorporated, where they focus on delivering high-impact professional services. Previously, they served as a Senior Hydrologist and Group Manager at INTERA, managing teams and providing expertise in quantitative hydrogeology. Joan's experience includes roles as a Hydrologist with the U.S. Geological Survey and a Laboratory Technician at the University of Washington. They hold a BS in Mathematics from the University of Washington and both an MS and PhD in Hydrology and Water Resources from the University of Arizona.
