Lakin Beal

Lakin Beal, PG, is a skilled hydrogeologist with extensive experience in groundwater studies and environmental management. Currently employed at INTERA Incorporated since September 2019, Lakin Beal focuses on hydrology-related assessments and geochemical modeling. Previous roles include Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin, where Lakin Beal examined groundwater flow pathways and urban impacts on water quality, as well as Hydrogeologist at Rio Tinto, managing drilling operations, piezometer networks, and water management reports. Lakin Beal also has research experience from Idaho State University and an internship with the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality, showcasing a strong background in environmental monitoring and analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Hydrogeology from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's of Science in Geosciences from Idaho State University.
