Patrick Cox

Patrick Cox is a versatile and accomplished leader in business leadership and strategy, particularly in the fields of environment and geosciences. They served as the Business Unit Director for Environmental Solutions at AECOM from 2019 to 2023, where they built a specialist delivery partner capability and played a key role in major infrastructure projects across the UK, Europe, Hong Kong, and Australia. With a strong focus on ground risk management, Patrick has held various leadership roles, including Associate Director and Technical Director, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and complex project delivery. Currently, they serve as Managing Director for INTERA Incorporated in the UK and chair Think Deep UK, advocating for sustainable urban development. Patrick holds an MSc in Engineering Geology from Imperial College London and a BEng(Hons) in Geological Engineering from Queen Mary University of London.
