Patrick Norton

Patrick Norton has over two decades of experience in the IT field, with a focus on reliability, resilience, and security. Patrick currently holds the position of Vice President of Information Technology at INTERA Incorporated, where they are responsible for implementing cybersecurity strategies and overseeing IT modernization. Prior to their current role, they served as the Sr. IT Manager at Tampa Bay Water, where they enhanced IT operations and developed forward-thinking technology solutions. Patrick also served as the IT Director at Ear Nose Throat & Associates, where they transformed IT operations and ensured compliance with regulatory agencies. Earlier in their career, Patrick served as the Director of Information Systems at Adams County Government, where they drove technology innovation and managed vendor relationships.

Patrick Norton obtained a High School Diploma from ADAMS CENTRAL COMMUNITY SCHOOLS in 1994. Patrick went on to earn an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Computer Science from Ivy Tech Community College from 1995 to 1997. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University from 1997 to 1999. In October 2019, Patrick also obtained a certification in USF Cybersecurity Class for Executive from the University of South Florida.
