Alicia Cross

Alicia Cross is an experienced professional in capacity management and consulting with a current role as Senior Manager, Enterprise Capacity & Demand at Interac Corp. since July 2023. Prior to this position, Alicia served as a Management Consultant at Optimus SBR and held various roles at Ontario Health and Public Health Ontario, including Business Analyst and Demand and Capacity Planner. Alicia founded and led the Data Entry Collective, enhancing departmental processes across multiple PHOL sites. Additionally, Alicia owned Styled Spaces by Alicia, offering interior design and project management services, and previously worked as an Employer Accounts Agent at the Canada Revenue Agency.
