Anita Wiredu

Anita Wiredu is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as a SOC Operator at Interac Corp. since June 2022. Prior to this position, Anita spent over seven years as a teacher at the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board, focusing on cybersecurity education and integrating technology in the classroom. Anita's experience includes developing curriculum, managing classroom environments, and collaborating on Individualized Education Plans. As a Cyber Security Student at Lighthouse Labs earlier in 2022, Anita gained hands-on experience in network security, auditing, and troubleshooting. Educational qualifications include a Diploma from Lighthouse Labs, a credential in Data Communication from Seneca Polytechnic, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Ottawa, and a Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University.
