Jesse Lee Ryan has a diverse background in IT operations and management. Jesse Lee is currently the Director of IT Operations at Interac Corp. Prior to this role, they worked at CGI in various positions including Director of IT Operations and Client Engagement Lead in the Oil & Gas industry, Client Engagement Manager - Service Delivery Manager, Senior Technical Consultant - Continuous Improvement Manager, Manager - Incident Management Center of Excellence, Team Lead - Banking Incident Management Center, Major Incident Manager, and Service Recovery Specialist. Before joining CGI, Jesse also gained experience as a Senior Network and Equipment Consultant at a major telecom company in Canada. In addition to their IT roles, Jesse completed an internship at Pratt & Whitney Canada, where they worked in Operations Program Management.
Jesse Lee Ryan has a mini-MBA in Executive Development from McGill University. They also have a B.A. in Economics from Concordia University and a Diplôme d'études collégiales in Computer Science from Champlain College Saint-Lambert. Jesse has obtained a Wine Specialist certification from George Brown College. In addition to their formal education, Jesse also holds various certifications including Cert Prep: Scrum Master and Scrum: Advanced from LinkedIn, Basic Cruising Standard from Sail Canada | Voile Canada, ITIL v3 Foundations 2011 from Loyolist College, and Petroleum Oriented Safety Training (POST) from posttraining.ca.
