Marina Seidl

Marina Seidl possesses extensive experience in legal and ethical standards within marketing and advertising. Currently serving as the Vice-Chair of the Ad Standards Board of Directors and a Board Member of the Ad Standards Executive Committee since 2019, Marina also holds a position as a Committee Member on the CMA Ethics & Standards Board since November 2023. As Senior Legal Counsel (AVP) at Interac Corp., Marina leads in Advertising, Marketing, Sponsorship, and Intellectual Property. Previously, significant roles included Senior Counsel and Head of Marketing, Advertising, and Sponsorship at RBC, as well as Legal Counsel for Mergers & Acquisitions at the same institution. Marina began a legal career as an Associate at Fasken. Educational credentials include a JD from York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and a BA in Business/Commerce from the University of Toronto.
