Michelle Cochrane is an experienced innovation leader with a strong background in experience design and consulting. Currently serving as the Innovation Lead at Interac Corp. since April 2024, Michelle previously held the position of Director for the SportsX Innovation Program at MLSE, where responsibilities included managing MLSE's R&D Innovation Program. With teaching experience as an Instructor at The Creative School at Toronto Metropolitan University, Michelle has also served in various leadership roles, such as Director of Experience Design & Innovation at Elevated Thinking Inc. and Manager of Experience Design at Deloitte. Michelle's academic credentials include a Master's in Management Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Smith School of Business at Queen's University, and extensive coursework in Media and Design Innovation at The Creative School. Additional education credentials include degrees in Arts from Carleton University and a certificate in Digital Media from OCAD University.
